Frequently asked questions
Can every client open Venor Ultra?
No. Ultra is available by private request only and is subject to eligibility, verification, jurisdiction, risk review, operational suitability and Venor approval.
Does Ultra mean commission-free or zero cost?
No. Where the accepted schedule states no separately charged trading commission, costs remain in the variable spread and other disclosed charges. Ultra does not mean zero total trading cost.
Do general Venor terms still apply?
Yes. Except where an accepted Individual Ultra Account Schedule expressly provides otherwise for a specific matter, Ultra remains fully subject to the Client Trading Terms and the other Venor legal documents listed below.
Can I combine Ultra with Standard or Pro terms?
No. A client may not select an Ultra-specific benefit while rejecting a connected qualification, restriction, charge or control, and may not combine conditions from other account types unless Venor expressly approves that arrangement.
Can conditions change after activation?
Yes. Approved conditions are not a permanent entitlement. Venor may review, vary, suspend or withdraw Ultra status in accordance with the Private Approval Terms, including with immediate effect where reasonably necessary for legal, security, market or risk reasons.
Is Ultra a promotion or automatic upgrade?
No. Ultra is one distinct, privately approved account configuration. It is not a temporary promotion, campaign, bonus account, loyalty entitlement, public account tier or automatic upgrade.
